Training and technical depth

I am a mechanical engineer registered with the Order of Engineers of Padua, trained at the Department of Mechanical and Management Innovation of the University of Padua. I have built over a quarter of a century of consulting experience, with more than 30,000 hours of work in the field inside client companies.

My specialisation is business process improvement and organisational transformation towards a modern, managerial structure, with specific experience in the transition from family business to stable and efficient industry. My approach is grounded in systematic process design and data analysis, in order to identify the most robust and genuinely implementable solution.

From consulting to the trenches: direct operational experience

I chose to test my method not only as a consultant but also as an entrepreneur and founder of new structures. Together with the entrepreneurs who asked for my help, I have built from scratch new operating sites, business units and inspection bodies, structuring methodologies, training staff and passing the scrutiny of national and European regulators.

That experience gives me a perspective consulting alone does not offer: I know the weight of operational decisions and the discipline required to build a structure from a blank page. When I structure a process, I do so knowing exactly how it will have to work in the field. What I teach, I can do myself.

Digital work as part of the craft

I design and build the tools that bring the processes I draw to life: management applications, databases, indicator systems, calculation models. This is not separate from consulting: it is how method becomes daily practice inside the company.

Reliability and methodical commitment

Business transformation projects demand mental resilience and long-term commitment. I am not in the habit of leaving work half done.
