Standard ERP systems are too rigid to fit how the company actually works, and shared spreadsheets are too fragile to carry the work of several people.

How I work

• I do not sell software. I develop the applications inside the client company, as part of the consulting engagement. The code and the data stay with the company, with no licence fees and no vendor lock-in.
• I start from the process, not the technology. The tool comes after the process has been understood and redesigned. The reverse order produces software nobody uses.
• A narrow first version, then growth in steps. We start with the single function that hurts most and add capability as the organisation absorbs it. It is the only way the tool actually gets adopted.
• Artificial intelligence as an accelerator. I use it to multiply development and analysis speed. The design, the decisions and the responsibility remain mine.

What I have built

• Non-conformity and corrective action management, with closure-time tracking, for a food manufacturer certified to international standards.
• Dynamic price calculation based on cost, margin and price list, for a distributed sales force.
• Stock and reorder management computed on real consumption data.
• Calibration algorithm and complete management suite for inspection bodies.
• Cloud geospatial information system, adopted by more than twenty municipalities in Northern Italy.
• Technical database of drawings and product specifications, with linked process indicators.
