Each department solved its own problems as best it could, often with personal spreadsheets. Then come the repeated error, the wrong stock level, the delay nobody saw coming.

How I work

• Business process redesign. Experience as both an entrepreneur and an engineer means I do not stop at theory. Where necessary, I analyse and rethink how internal flows actually operate until the structure is solid, fast and transparent.
• Lean Manufacturing. Pragmatic application to streamline operational flows, from design through to logistics. No dogma: we adopt what produces a measurable result.
• Methodological and technological development. To support redesigned processes I build databases and custom applications from scratch, sized to the company's specific complexity.
• Structural compliance. I use certifications and regulatory schemes as the founding architecture of the organisation: if the management system is properly designed, the audit becomes a consequence rather than a separate project.
