How I work

• Designing the structure. Business model, corporate and organisational structure, processes and responsibilities, before the first euro is spent on operations.
• Building the regulatory framework. Management system, procedures and technical documentation sized to the required accreditation or certification scheme.
• Passing external scrutiny. Preparation and support before national and European regulators, from application through to the accreditation visit.
• Access to funding. Direct experience in obtaining public funding for innovative projects, through national and regional instruments.
