What to include in your message

• Your sector and the size of the company, roughly in number of employees.
• Who you are and your role in the company.
• The problem you are seeking help with, even in a few lines.
• How long it has been open and what you have already tried.

I reply personally, normally within two working days. I choose the projects I take on: if your need falls outside my areas of competence I will say so straight away and, where I can, point you to someone who can help.
